Health Management Consultant
This position will be remote and may pivot to a hybrid model in 2022 working a combination of in office and remote. We are seeking candidates that are available in commute distance in our office in Beaverton, OR area.
Designs and facilitates implementation of health and wellness programs for employer groups to reduce medical expense and improve employee health. This position researches plan design, performs cost analysis and works closely with benefit administrators to recommend programs and services that will support that goal. The role of the Health Management Consultant is a strategic business partner who works collaboratively with employer group administrators, health plan medical management and sales to coordinate programs and provide ongoing analysis of the effectiveness of those programs.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Management, Social Sciences or related field.
Valid drivers license
3 years experience in consulting and/or product development, preferably in health and wellness, medical management or benefits administration.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Experience with the latest trends in health and wellness program, outcomes and best practice.
Experience with data analysis tools, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint and Word.
Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare field.
Background in sales and marketing, consulting and clinical experience.
