Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Senior Analyst, Operations to our location in Beaverton, OR.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations to be the primary point of contact between operational leadership and is responsible for engaging executive leadership. This position is also accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish program objectives, managing change and resolving issues that may or may not span project teams and departments by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a cost effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. While the program manager position may vary in the service lines it supports, the initial focus area will be Customer Service in Service Operations.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Develop projects within a program in alignment with the organization’s strategic plans and objectives.
Build support to influence decisions in order to ensure work toward common objectives.
Manage client (leadership) expectations for timelines and deliverables from request through a project’s lifecycle.
Develop and gain sponsor approval for the growth and expansion and delivery dates.
Develop root cause analyses and process improvement plans.
Maintain all program artifacts.
Identify, deliver and document organizational, application and human workflows that contribute to policy and procedure updates throughout each project if applicable.
Lead and support both large and small SO implementation programs
Lead and support system administration such as KMS, Facets, CT Suite, and other systems utilized in Customer Service Operations.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and implement project plans.
Plan and execute programs on schedule and within budget ensuring the business requirements, goals, and objectives are met.
Lead programs through the product development life-cycle, ensure program compliance and product manufacturability.
Develop risk management plans and execute contingency actions to meet or exceed program deliverables.
Lead a cross-functional team to drive continuous improvement and cost savings projects while managing resources and conflicts as needed that works collaboratively with team managers and team members while developing and delivering programs and services that will contribute to continuous process improvement.
Drive proper program/project chartering and setup.
Maintain strategic alignment of their program/project by analyzing the charters and reviewing with management decision makers.
Track short-term program/project metrics (for example, schedule variances and customer satisfaction) to drive improvement.
Required qualifications for this position include:
2 years previous experience leading data/system integration efforts for large scale customer service departments.
2 years previous experience leading operational reporting efforts for large scale customer service departments.
2 years experience facilitating complex decisions making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities is essential.
2 years demonstrated ability to quickly understand and align with an organization, its structure and priorities.
2 years demonstrated success managing other project managers, project portfolios and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
2 years ability to understand business strategies and plans, and their relationship to organizational strategies.
2 years broad programmatic skill base to include schedule, financial, risk, and task management.
2 years ability to manage multiple large to mid-scale programs simultaneously.
2 years ability to work independently.
Certified Project Manager (PMP) Certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree or 2-5 years demonstrated experience in similar or identical role with PMP certification.
1 year experienced in vendor/contract management and negotiations.
2 years ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
1 year demonstrated experience in business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution including marketing, communications and financial planning.
1 year demonstrated experience managing the process of design, development, integration and/or implementation of software products or facilities.
